Due to the specialty nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
- To help us evaluate the issue, please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- An unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish is required to process claims of damage, defect, or missing items.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and sufficient proof (including unboxing video) is provided. Situations outside of this (such as change of mind, size/color preferences, or misuse of the product) do not qualify.
