Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email (with tracking info, if applicable).
Please note: During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We currently ship to addresses across Canada.
- Standard Letter Mail (No Tracking): Estimated delivery 5–14 business days
- Tracked Parcel Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–9 business days
- Flat Rate Shipping: Maximum $19.99 per order across Canada
- Free or Discounted Shipping: Offered on select promotions or collections (as noted on the product page)
⚠️ Please note: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, some areas may experience delivery delays or may not be deliverable at this time. If your area is affected, we’ll contact you directly to discuss alternate arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.
Tracking Information
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Orders sent via Standard Letter Mail do not include tracking details.
If your address is within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), we may be able to deliver your order directly — usually within 2 business days, depending on our drivers’ availability.
Please note: Direct deliveries do not include tracking numbers.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TwinkleBunny Maison is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive after the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and unboxing video. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
